Dear HEDS Members,
We have decided to offer an additional sponsorship opportunity available for our HEDS members, which is to co-sponsor, along with HEDS, our Keynote speakers. This level allows a HEDS member/group to pay for the travel/lodging of our Keynote speakers which is estimated around $1,000. This level will also include benefits of lunch recognition, a link to your website on the conference website and your logo on the conference e-brochure. This will be on a first come first serve basis, and we would need to know by June 30th.
As a reminder, you can also sponsor a table, or sign up for our “Take One Table” where you can have your own marketing material set out for all conference participants to take and it will be replenished through the conference by one of our volunteers. The Take One Table can accommodate several HEDS members.
Don’t forget, if you’d like to sponsor any of the tables, you can get a 10% discount if you sign up by June 30th.
Our HEDS membership is absolutely core to the success of this conference and we hope to continue offering creative ways to recognize our organization and the members behind it! Please note this conference is for professionals only and we hope to attract conference attendees from all over the city of Houston, the state of Texas and well beyond! We are so excited to continue making plans and hope you will join us in this excitement!
