I recommend you contact Jessica Setnick CEDRD-S MS RD LD. She wrote the Eating Disorders Clinical Pocketbook, has Eating Disorders boot camps, and speaks all over the globe.
She is in the Dallas area and can give you the names of dietitians she recommends.
