ISO RD and Therapist who will work TF client

I’m possibly looking for a unicorn here. A client is searching for a RD and therapist who offer in-person sessions, accepts BCBS, and is willing to help manage their tube feeding. Client is aware they will need an ED physician on their team as well and is working toward getting that set up.
