    Hi all,

Our clients can feel scared and lost in rebuilding their relationships that are not their Eating Disorder.

This interpersonal process group helps clients see themselves clearly in relationships—often for the first time—through real-time feedback from others in the room.

I’ve seen clients make meaningful shifts in how they relate to themselves and others in group in ways that don’t always happen in individual therapy. When patterns show up live between members, we’re able to slow them down, understand them, and work with them directly.

This is especially impactful for clients with eating disorders. Many are in a deeply entrenched relationship with the ED itself—one that shapes how they relate to their bodies, their needs, and other people. Group creates the opportunity to experience relationships that are more direct, reciprocal, and ultimately kinder.

I hold the space while actively engaging the process—helping clients recognize the parts of themselves that are harder to see, particularly the relational patterns that keep them stuck.

New Group starting June 1– Mixed Interpersonal Process Group (18+)

    Ongoing, weekly group
    75 minutes
    In-person in Houston

A strong fit for clients who feel stuck, disconnected, or caught in recurring relational dynamics, including those navigating eating disorder recovery.

Feel free to reach out with referrals or questions.
