“Medical management of metabolic syndrome from a HAES perspective”

Objectives:
- Learn about medications commonly prescribed to patients with metabolic syndrome and how they work
- Understand how these medications may benefit your client and how they may affect the work you are doing with your client
- Develop skills in collaborating with your client’s physician to advocate for them and to help them advocate for themselves
