Hi Everyone!
Lauren Henderson, LPC at Harmony Therapy Group is offering a holiday workshop in Houston for those in eating disorder recovery. We have a flyer we’re happy to email to you if you’d like to share with anyone you think may be interested. This will just be two days, one Friday in November and one Friday in December and is 90 minutes. The workshop will address aspects of eating disorder recovery around this time of year including food, feelings and family dynamics!
