Hi HEDS members,
We wanted to let you know about an exciting new support group Mindful Eats Nutrition is offering beginning March 1st. We will be hosting a biweekly Intuitive Eating support group on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 5:30-6:30pm CST. The group is being led by 2 of our dietitians who are also Certified Intuitive Eating Counselors, Holly Cokinos and Rachel Nannola. This group is a great place for clients to share your experiences and hear from others who are on a similar journey of rejecting diet culture and reclaiming their intuitive relationship with food and their bodies. We will be discussing the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating in greater depth, practical ways to integrate Intuitive Eating into your own life, common sticking points people experience in their journeys, and so much more. Just like our practice, this group will be weight-inclusive and Health at Every Size™ informed. We will be keeping groups small to allow for a more intimate and personal experience.

If you have any clients that are interested, please have them email [email protected] and we will get them taken care of.
