Hi everyone! Friendly reminder that I lead a yoga class on 8/23/24 at Clementine Houston, Monte Nido’s adolescent residential location, starting at 1:00 pm CST. The practice is a beginner-level flow followed by a 15-minute guided meditation. Jess Beristain, outreach rep, will be onsite for tours and questions after. Come grab a slice of relaxation on your Friday afternoon!
