Lauren Henderson is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is passionate about working with adolescents and adults with eating disorders, and has experience working in eating disorder treatment centers including EDCASA in San Antonio, and Kaiser Permanente in Denver. Lauren also enjoys working with both adolescents and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, and other general concerns such as stress, life transitions, and relationship issues. In treating individual clients, Lauren likes to utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, depending on the specific client’s needs. Lauren graduated from University of Denver with a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Trinity University.
