Hi Everyone,
We currently have a few spots available in our Make Peace with Food Group!
If you have clients who find themselves overeating, yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, binge eating, compulsive eating or obsessing about food, this group can help them.
In this group we look at factors that contribute to imbalance in each area of life, which contributes to feeling out of control with food. This is not a quick weight loss fix, but rather a long-term non-diet approach to help your client feel connected to themselves, evaluate physical and emotional needs, and identify factors that contribute to out of control eating.
The group costs $75 per session or $150 for 1 month.
