We currently have space in our teen process groups for new members. This group is designed for teenagers, specifically sophomores, juniors, and seniors in high school experiencing any of the following: anxiety, depression, peer pressure, LGBTQ+ issues, family concerns, low self-esteem, and more.
Group Details:
Frequency/Time: The group occurs weekly, and there are two different days/times available: Mondays 6 – 7:30 pm and Tuesdays 5:30 – 7 pm.
Commitment: 4 weeks
Where: Heights Location; 5225 Katy Freeway, Suite 103, Houston, TX 77007 (Virtual for now)
