Hi Everyone,
We currently have a few spots available in our Teen Process Group!
We built this group to help teens and adolescents flourish. If you have clients struggling with stress, feeling overly judged, misunderstood, and alone this group can help them.
These teens feel intense pressure to perform and succeed on top of all the usual challenges that come with being a teenager and as time goes on the pressure merely builds. Though the effects may be minor now, the cost of these feelings will only get steeper. Our group will teach them how to manage these feelings productively and develop coping skills that will last a lifetime.
The group costs $75 per session or $300 for 1 month.
Time/Date: Virtually held on Mondays from 6-7:30 pm and Tuesdays from 5:30-7pm.
