Hello all! We at the Feelings Healers will be hosting a Teen Body Image and Self-Esteem workshop this November. The workshop will be facilitated by Raven Wilson, under the supervision of Heather Murphy LPC-S, and will serve as an opportunity for its participants to reflect upon concepts such as body positivity, body neutrality, diet culture, and media messaging, and how they can shape our relationships to food, self-esteem, and overall health and wellness. Please pass this information along to any teens or parents you may know that could benefit from this kind of workshop—we’d love to have them!
