I would like to share with the group a new Body Plus class I will be teaching weekly, starting this Saturday.
Students can embrace the resilience of their body and mind in this one hour non heated class infused with body positive philosophy and affirmations. The class will consist of guided meditation, sun salutes, and gentle healing yoga postures. this is a great class for anyone struggling with body image, eating disorders, and self acceptance. Students ages 10 and up are welcomed!
