I have openings in both adolescent and adult DBT groups starting in April.
Location: 19 Briar Hollow Ln, Houston, TX 77027
Adolescent DBT Group – Tuesdays at 5pm
Adult DBT Group – Thursdays at 5:30pm
Description: Dialectical Behavior Therapy focuses on developing healthy coping skills to manage intense emotions and mood swings, impulsive or self-destructive behaviors, interpersonal conflict, and symptoms of depression, anxiety and trauma.
