    If you’re feeling stuck in emotional suffering, a DBT therapy group can help you better manage mood or behavior instability, poor self-image, negative, judgmental or rigid thinking, relationships issues, and much more. We will work with you to help you learn to balance change with acceptance. DBT builds on your strengths so that you can feel better about yourself and your life.

    This is a lunchtime group starting September 10, 2018. The group will meet weekly on Monday from 11:30am – 1pm. Limited space available.
