Hi everyone: I’m excited to offer a new book study group for the fall. If you have anyone you think would be a good referral please let them know. This group is for those who are farther along in their personal journey of recovery or for those with disordered eating and body image. Adult women.

A Women’s Book Study/Process/Support Group
“This group is for all women who struggle for true nourishment!” –
Through a tapestry of multicultural myths, ancient legends, and folklores, this group will consume, digest and metabolize the topics of the importance of nurturing the feminine spirit, listening to our inner/intuitive voice and distinguishing between physical and emotional hunger.
Deepen your understanding of yourself by diving into this amazing book with a tribe of amazing women for 3 months and learn to transform your issues with food, your body and your self image through the metaphors and storytelling that embody this book. This group is for all women who are seekers of true nourishment.
10 weeks $400 (payment options available)
Sept 6th – November 15th 2018
