Join us at the HEDS luncheon meeting next Tuesday, August 2nd, when Briana Sacco, MD, will be sharing her experience treating children and adolescents with eating disorders. Increasing numbers of patients are being diagnosed with Avoidant and Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) and treatment is being modified to provide optimal outcomes for these patients. Dr. Sacco is the Medical Director for the Center for Pediatric Eating Disorders at Children’s Medical Center in Plano, and she is leading the program for patients diagnosed with ARFID.
