Last Week to Sign up for Self-Compassion

Hello all,
This is the last week to sign up for my Self-Compassion Group for adult women that starts next Thursday. The ideal client for this group is any woman 18+ who may be struggling with shame, self-criticism, and negative body image.

Self-Compassion Group

• 9 weeks, closed virtual group.
• Meets weekly on Thursdays at 6:00pm beginning February 13th
• Open to clients in Texas, Illinois, New Jersey & Nebraska
• A good fit for any client struggling with shame, self-criticism, or negative body image.
• Led by Alexa Shank, LPC, CEDS
• Weekly cost is $80.Please let me know if you have any questions about either group. I am offering free consultations to any interested client to ensure the group is a good fit for them.
