Dear HEDS Community:
We have been having much success with meal support and are now offering a breakfast time for clients. We appreciate the community referrals and are excited clients have found this supportive and enhances outpatient treatment OR additional support when in IOP too!
All meal support is provided by our recovery coach Alex Cisneros.
Cost: $10 per session
When:
Monday 8 am VIRTUAL
12 pm IN OFFICE- full kitchen and dining table
Wednesday 12 pm VIRTUAL
Register: Simply email acisneros@wcandnt.com and Alex will complete the registration process.
*We ask that the referring dietitan or therapist provide any particual goals or focus (and meal plan/guide) for Alex to take note within the meal support session.
*A meal support processing worksheet is completed before the meal begins and after. Clients are encourage to complete and send to Alex before the end of day.
