Good afternoon all!
Meredith Riddick, LPC, CEDS-S and Jill Sechi, RDN, CEDRD-S are offering their next AN/BN process group beginning January 2021.
Wednesdays
Virtual
2:30-3:30 CST (individuals can be in Texas, Arizona or Virginia)
Cost: $60
Dually led by a therapist and dietitian
The group runs for a 3 month “co-hort.” We ask for each member to commit to 4 sessions before deciding if the group is a good fit. It usually takes this length of time to know and “warm up” to each other.
We do require each participant be working with either a dietitian or therapist to be apart of the group.
