I wanted to reach out and let you know about Mindful Eat’s newest virtual support group launching this fall. I will be hosting a virtual book club style support group. This group will have participants reading through and discussing Reclaiming Body Trust by Hilary Kinavey MS, LPC and Dana Sturtevant MS, RD.
We’re excited to launch this new style of support group for anyone 18 and over to come and receive compassionate support while navigating the helpful concepts in the book.
