Hi HEDS!
My name is Sara Helms and I’m the Director of Provider Relations with Nourish. Nourish offers evidence-based medical nutrition therapy with registered dietitians over telehealth in 28 states. We treat clients with all eating disorders and disordered eating along with medical nutrition therapy from a weight-inclusive approach. We practice from a HAES model of care and are in-network with 6 major insurance companies. We are growing our team and aim to schedule clients quickly to see one of our dietitians.
