I’m opening up our office at Space City Nutrition for part-time subleasing and wanted to share details here in case anyone is looking for a quiet, cozy space to see clients in the Garden Oaks/Oak Forest area.

Availability:

• Tuesdays: 6–8pm

• Wednesdays: 8am–8pm

• Thursdays: 1–8pm

• Fridays: 4–8pm

• Saturdays: 1–8pm

• Sundays: 8am–8pm

Rate: $18 per weekly hour per month (i.e. a recurring 3-hour weekly block = $54/month). A 3-hour minimum applies for all time blocks except Tuesday evenings.

Included Amenities:

• Professionally furnished office with plants & ambient lighting (comfortably seats 4)

• Small shared waiting area

• Microwave, hot/cold water, coffee machine

• Free WiFi

• Free guest parking in adjacent garage
