Space available in the Women’s Empowerment Group!

This is a therapy group for women feeling disconnected with self or others, stuck, overwhelmed, alone, exhausted, unloved, unworthy, and struggling to make decisions/trust themselves.

Topics covered include skills for building self-worth/love/compassion, increasing connection and relationship skills, emotional regulation and responding skills, setting effective boundaries, listening to and trusting inner voice/intuition and more.

Groups will take place on Tuesdays from 11am-12:15pm. $65/group
