Eddins Counseling Group will be offering an Overcoming Perfectionism group, beginning Wednesday, November 5th, and it will last 12 sessions. This is a closed group that will focus on developing self-compassion skills and working through issues of shame, low self-esteem, self-criticism, etc.
Group Details:
Days/Dates: Wednesdays, beginning 11/5 (with some exceptions due to the upcoming holidays)
Time: 6:15pm – 7:30pm
Location: 1501 Crocker St., 77019
Cost: $65 per session ($260 per month)
