Pregnancy resources for anorexic client

Hello,

I have an anorexic client who has been able to weight restore and was doing a good job with her intake, who is now pregnant.  Does anyone have resources – books, podcasts, etc that can be helpful specific to managing pregnancy while in ED recovery.
