Referral Needed for Dietician for Adult Anorexic Female

I desparately need a Dietician to work with a very bright, interesting, adult anorexic female with a variety of challenging physical issues. We need someone who takes Medicare &/or Medicaid, or does outpatient work in a Hospital that takes Medicare &/or Medicaid, or will work for a reduced fee. I have worked with her for 3 years after she completed an out-of-state inpatient program. She was doing well for a long while. However, her unusual physical challanges & many surgeries began to make it difficult for her to maintain her recovery. She is slipping… We need a dietician… It has been difficult to find someone in light of the insurance and monetary constraints!
