I wanted to let everyone know of a new program Wellness Coaching & Nutrition Therapy has brought to town:Rev It Up! created by Tammy Beasley, MS, RDN, LD, CSSD, CEDRD (Certification Director for IAEDP)
Specifics:
Time/Date/Location: Monday (North Post Oak) and Wednesday (Katy) at 6pm
FREE orientation at 5:30 pm every week for a client to hear more about the program and meet Jeff to make sure this program is a good fit for them.
Length: 9 weeks
Cost: $315

Important points: This is a NON diet approach to weight management focusing on goals, life long behavior change and promoting a healthy relationship with food and exercise.
