RO DBT Skills Group Classes

Hello all,
I would like to share that I am starting an RO DBT Skills Group Class beginning in January. Classes will be for adults age 18+. There will be two options for sign up; One will be held in-person at my Houston office. The second will be held virtually and is available for individuals in the states of Texas, Illinois, and New Jersey.
