Seeking resources for uninsured 69% IBW woman with AN

Hello,

I recently met with a woman who is of limited financial means and uninsured. She is at best 69% IBW and needs treatment. Does anyone know of dietitians, physicians, etc. who work on a sliding scale or provide pro bono services, or of any resources for inpatient or residential. Thank you so much!
