Hello HEDS members,

The HEDS Board Members are looking to create a focus group to begin the conversation around diversity and inclusivity for our professional group. We are looking for individuals who are interested in joining the focus group, all are welcome. We plan to discuss ways to increase the diversity of HEDS, expand our outreach to marginalized communities, and discuss ways to help the ED community as a whole.
