Hello Colleagues, I am looking for a treatment program for a young adult female who is currently at Menninger. Shas been diagnosed with bipolar and self harms. She is on lithium which raises concerns about her dehydration due to purging. She is not indigent but her insurance does not pay adequately for treatment, so she is on charity at Menninger. Is there a program who is willing to work with this case for treatment planning?
