Hello everyone,
We wanted to let you all know that we have space available in our group focused on helping individuals suffering from eating disorders that are plain exhausted. The clients we are looking for are struggling to accept themselves, constantly feeling like a failure, and experience intense bouts of anxiety and low self-esteem.
Our group will help them feel less alone, heal feelings of guilt and shame, and address the negative and critical thoughts that can often be at the source of these patterns.
