We have a teen DBT skills group that will be meeting Thursday evenings 7-8pm and is an ongoing group.
Updates: Weekly email update sent to parents
Parents: Parent group once a month – Last Thursday of the month 7-8:30pm. One parent will be asked to attend the group once monthly together with their teen. The purpose of this group is to help integrate the DBT skills the teen is learning into the parent-child relationship. Parents will benefit from learning skills they can use with their teen, particularly when their teen is engaging in any of the behaviors listed above.
Location: 1501 Crocker Street, Suite #2, Houston, TX 77019
Cost: $225 per month -with a 9 month commitment. The group curriculum is 9 months total.
