Hi all,
I just wanted to double check that there isn’t anything additional needed in documentation for telehealth clients? I’m aware that Texas requires 15 CEUs in Telehealth practice and I’m using SimplePractice as my platform for HIPAA video and documentation. Clients sign a specific telehealth informed consent. Anything additional needed in the progress note or are all bases covered? Thanks!
