Therapist and RD in Tuscaloosa, AL (University of AL)

I have a client who is going to be attending U of AL in fall. She will be in need of an ED expert and RD to transfer care to. Anyone have any recommendations there of specialist? She is an intense case so we need more than a general practitioner. Counseling center sounds like will not be a good option for her. Any leads would be appreciated!
