Hello Colleagues, I highly recommend the Lucid Body Workshop this Saturday Nov. 15, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at The Council for Alcohol and Drugs, 303 Jackson Hill, 77007. Led by Jamie Milward, LCSW, the movement therapy workshop promotes emotional and physical healing by releasing and bringing awareness to emotions trapped in the body.
