Women in Nature Retreat

Hi Everyone! Kimberly Valdez LCSW and I will be leading a Women in Nature Retreat this October. If you know anyone that could benefit from this kind of experience, please pass this information along.

The Women in Nature Retreat is an opportunity for women to expand their boundaries, connect with nature, and put mindfulness skills into practice as they create community with other women. Participants will sleep under the stars or in a bunk house on a beautiful private campground in the Texas Hill Country.

The retreat will include:

– Education on mindfulness practices
– Daily therapeutic process groups
– Equine therapy
– Beginner level hiking
– Community meals
– Live music
– Expressive art opportunities

The cost of the retreat is $450/person with an additional fee for bunkhouse upgrade or tent rental. All meals and supplies are included in the fee (outside of tent and/or sleeping materials). A $100 deposit is required to save your spot and the remaining balance must be paid by October 1st.
