The new year often brings pressure to change — to do more, be more, or look different. Yet real healing begins in slowing down — in turning inward with curiosity, compassion, and connection.
Through gentle yoga, breathwork, and reflection, participants will explore movement as a form of care — learning to listen to the body’s cues, notice its needs, and respond with compassion. Together, we’ll shift away from movement driven by self-criticism or punishment and toward practices that cultivate grounding, strength, and trust from within.
Designed for adults in eating disorder treatment or recovery, this group supports those ready to reintroduce gentle, therapeutic movement into their lives — especially anyone with a history of trauma, overexercise, or uncertainty about where to begin. Over six weeks, we’ll rediscover the body as a place of healing, presence, and connection.
