If this client is okay with Virtual, I am licensed in NY! I also have a network there and would be happy to give you some more names of therapists.
I work with BED, and I would probably be more interested in speaking with and working with the mother versus the child. Eight is really young, so there is likely contributing factors going on in the enviorment that are impacting the child. I am not an RD, but I am an ED therapist newer to the Houston area and I would love to meet with/ connect with Houston RD’s so I have some referral options here. I relocated from Atlanta, and I have most of my provider network there and am looking forward to getting to know the Houston ED community!
