Hi! I earned my master’s degree in North Carolina and I can recommend Denisha Champion who works as an ED specialist in the Wake Forest University Counseling Center. I can also recommend Dr. Maria Paredes, CEDS, PhD. If you’re looking for a whole team, you can look at their ED specialists website called “Space for All” to find clinicians throughout NC who specialize in eating disorders. Hope that helps!

Rachel BaileyParticipantHi! Barnhill Counseling Center is located in Sugar Land, Tx. Heather Woods, LCSW offer eating disorder treatment at that location (www.barnhillcounseling.com/eatingdisorders)! I also see a few clients at that location myself, and can offer eating disorder therapy at reduced rates. Feel free to reach out! Rachelbaileycounseling@gmail.com
Rachel BaileyParticipantI can only imagine how tough this decision has been for you, but also what a riveting adventure and new chapter! I can only imagine it’s one of those “both and” dichotomies of sad and sweet, as you said. Anyway, I’m a new eating disorders therapist practicing in Sugar Land, and I’d love to be a resource for the clients you need to refer out! I work at Barnhill Counseling Center off of 59 near Dairy Ashford and 90. My email is rachelbaileycounseling@gmail.com. Feel free to reach out through that email, I’d love to chat more! I wish you the best as you move into this new path with your family!
Rachel BaileyParticipantThanks for the kind welcome! I’m happy to be part of this amazing network!
